Florence Mandelik is Senior Adviser at NOREF Norwegian Centre for Conflict Resolution, where she has been developing the Centre’s process support capacities, and been specialising in inclusion, mediation support and digital peacemaking. Since joining the Centre in 2012 she has been extensively involved in its work as a mediation support actor for formal processes and has also engaged in its Track II dialogues focusing mainly on the MENA region. She previously worked in evaluation milieus where she focused on inclusion and education. She holds an MA in English studies and an MSc in didactics and IT from the Lyon Lumière University.
