Vilde Rosén currently works for the Norwegian Ministry of Foreign Affairs in the Section for UN policy. From July 2015 through 2016, she served as a member of the Norwegian Colombia-team, which co-facilitated the peace negotiations between the Colombian government and the FARC guerrilla. She covered the negotiations from Havana, where she was posted to the Norwegian embassy as deputy head of mission and first secretary. Previously she has been posted to Helsinki, Finland. She has also worked on humanitarian disarmament issues, in particular the Convention on Cluster Munitions. Vilde holds a master's degree in comparative politics from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
